Laminated Benchtops

Laminated Benchtops consist of a core of HMR (highly moisture resistant) particleboard - usually 33mm thick. They are usually laminated one side only but can be manufactured with laminate on the back if required. Laminated benchtops can be manufactured on 38mm, 33mm (standard), 25mm, 18mm or 16mm HMR particle board.
Edges are usually rolled (postformed). There are four different profiles available for this style:

Engineered Stone Benchtops

Engineered stone is a man-made product. The main component in engineered stone is quartz which is one of nature's strongest minerals. The bench tops are composed of more than 93% natural quartz, the remaining content consists of a bonding agent, pigment and additives that creates the over 50 different varieties of stone on offer.
Characteristics include high resistance to scratching & chipping, high abrasion resistance, high resistance to acids & oils, strong resistance to staining, high flexural strength.

Natural stone is renowned for its wide range of unique and sometimes unusual characteristics. The colours, textures and finishes to choose from is varied and unique. The stone is sourced from all around the world. Australia, Norway, Africa, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Italy and India.

Acrylic Solid Surface Benchtops

Acrylic solid surface is a solid, seamless, non-porous homogenous product made from natural minerals and acrylic resin. It is a premium material used for applications such as benchtops, splashbacks, baths, retail contertops, furniture and more.
Characteristics include resistant to daily wear and tear, hygenic, repairable, thermoformable, translucent and seamless.

The most commonly used door type to date. Laminated doors are manufactured with a moisture resistant MDF board that is finished with laminate on the front and back and is edged with a 2mm or 1mm thick solid PVC edging. Gone are the days of your edge tape flicking off or chipping. These doors are produced in our factory to your individual design requirements. These type of doors provide a surface that is low maintenance, hard wearing and easily cleaned. It is made to resist the tough punishment that Kitchens endure, yet gives a sleek and stylish modern finish with clean straight lines.
There are many colours available to choose from, ranging from bright whites, softer tones through to vibrant colours and contemporary patterns as well as realistic wood grains. Also a wide range of textures from matt, stipple, finegrain, eurograin, gloss, sheen and ashgrain.
2 Pac Polyurethaine Painted Doors
2 Pac painted doors are a popular choice for those wanting a high quality looking door. There are no signs of joins or edgings, a beautiful smooth product. The colour range is unlimited and available in a range of gloss levels from a matt to a satin or a full gloss.
A primer undercoat is followed by an oil-based or acrylic top coat that is sprayed on, sanded then sprayed again three or five times into a hard, thick durable coat.
Thermolaminated Vinyl Doors & Panels
Vinyl doors are made from profiled 18mm moisture resistant MDF, formed on the face and edges with a tough, durable, decorative surface. On offer is a comprehensive range of colours, profiles and surface finish options. Every vinyl door is manufactured with a tough thermoformed surface, making it resistant to chips and scratches.
